Rebel Wisdom: Creative Writing and Rituals for Women at Midlife

Organized around the cycles of the moon and the turning year, Rebel Wisdom offers writing exercises and rituals that help you listen inward, release inherited expectations, and reconnect with your own instinct and imagination. A guide to creative renewal that rejects the tired scripts framing midlife as something to survive, and offers another vision: midlife as a time of self-trust, wisdom, and creative fire.

"We wanted spaciousness rather than dogma, and substance rather than sales-driven marketing aimed at insecurity."

Writing can be a form of subversion. It can bring buried truths into view, and help us shape a life that feels more fully our own.
